Gov. Bruce Rauner has donated $16 million of his fortune to help elect Republican candidates. But he also says he's not really involved in the election. Huh?

We'll also talk about the final nail in the coffin for changing how Illinois draws legislative districts — at least during the 2016 election cycle; the latest in David Gill's attempt to run for Congress as an independent; and Gov. Rauner's financial support of a candidate for governor in Indiana.
