Filing Deadline Passes for State/Federal Office in Iowa

It's officially primary election season in Iowa, as the deadline has passed to file nominating petitions to seek state and federal offices. Based on the current slate of candidates, southeast Iowa voters will only have to make a handful of decisions.

The deadline for county candidates to get on the ballot is March 30.

The following state/federal candidates will appear on the June 7 primary ballot.

District 84
