The latest winter storm is over but it is still causing problems for some school districts in the region. Here is the latest list of announcements for Tuesday, January 21:
The West Prairie School District will be closed.
The Illini West School District will be closed.
The Carthage Elementary School District will be closed.
The La Harpe School District will be closed due to ice-covered secondary roads. All evening activities are also canceled, except the regular monthly board meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the central office.
The Dallas City Elementary School District will be closed due to ice-covered secondary roads.
The Hamilton School District will be closed.
The Southeastern School District will be closed.
The Nauvoo-Colusa School District will be closed and all evening activities are canceled.
The Warsaw School District will be closed and all evening activities are canceled.
The Schuyler-Industry School District will be closed.
The Clark County School District will be closed.
Keokuk public and Catholic schools will run buses on main roads only.
The Fort Madison School District will run buses on hard surface roads only.
The Central Lee School District will run buses on main roads only.
