The National Weather Service said gusty winds will continue to produce some blowing and drifting snow this morning, especially in rural and open areas.
The NWS said light snow is expected on Saturday, mainly during the afternoon and early evening. Dangerously cold wind chills are expected Saturday night into Sunday morning. Periods of light snow are possible Sunday and Monday.

The Keokuk School District will hold virtual classes. There will be no in-person classes.
The Macomb School District’s buildings are closed. The district said this will be an Academic Engagement Day.
Southeastern Community College sites will open at 10:00 a.m.
