Warsaw, IL – Warsaw city offices should be in a new location by September. The downtown office building will be put up for sale after city functions move into the town's unused Carnegie Library building. The Library District has moved into a new building. Mayor Robert Frank says some adjustment will eventually have to be made to make the building handicapped-accessible. The police department will use the first floor of the brick building. City offices will be on the second floor.
