Macomb, IL – Walk into any gym across the country and you're likely to see a stereotypical weightlifter - a muscular male wearing a tank top. But reporter Alex Heuer found that lifters come in different sizes and ages - and are not always male. He talked to some of the athletes who competed in the WIU Open, which was held this month in the Spencer Recreation Center.
