Keokuk, IA – The Keokuk Park Board is looking for the public's help in securing some grant money. President Charles Belba says the organization has applied for a $5,000 grant to purchase 4 handicapped-accessible swings. They would be set up in several parks. Belba says the park board's chances of receiving the grant improve if the public weighs in on how the money would help Keokuk. He says anyone can go online and share their thoughts.
