Teacher Charged in Child Porn Case

Macomb, IL – A man who had been working as a substitute teacher in the Macomb School District is charged with possession of child pornography. 22-year old John Reinhart was arrested Wednesday night at his apartment at 311 West University Drive in Macomb. Police say the videos were in a shared library on a computer network within the apartment building. Another resident found the images and contacted authorities. Police say their investigation found that the child porn was on Reinhart's computer hard drive. They say the investigation is continuing. Reinhart also faces a pair of drug-related charges. His bond is $50,000.
