Lee County, IA – One of the frontrunners in the race for the White House says the next US President must set clear goals for the country. US Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) says her objectives would include providing universal health care, access to preschool for all children, and more affordable higher education. She says the United States must also work to make more allies in the global community than enemies. Clinton says her top priority, if elected president, would be to bring the troops home from Iraq. The Senator made her remarks to several hundred supporters during a campaign stop in northern Lee County. Clinton did not take questions from reporters during the stop.
