Keokuk, IA – One of the presidential hopefuls says he will continue to run his campaign on his terms, no matter what the other candidates are doing.
US Senator Joe Biden (D-DE) says he got into the race to make a difference.
He says the next President of the United States can change the direction of the world.
Despite trailing in the polls and in the battle to raise money, Biden says he will continue to speak about all issues and not compromise his stances.
Biden says he would end the war in Iraq, offer incentives to get more teachers into schools, provide health care for all children, and put a greater emphasis on passenger rail service.
His goal is to earn between around $25,000,000 so he can compete in Iowa and New Hampshire.
The Senator spoke to roughly 60 people for more than an hour during a campaign stop in Keokuk.
