Keokuk, IA – Keokuk could shift the proposed location of its new swimming pool.
The current design calls for the new $3,000,000 facility to be built where Keokuk's current pool sits, just closer to Plank Road.
Alderman Justin Tuck says the location has led to some concerns from neighbors about noise.
He says the city will contact the engineering firm to find out the impact of moving the pool or rotating it.
