Macomb, IL – Rich Egger's guest is Cathy Couza. She is Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity and Access at Western Illinois University. Couza retires at the end of the month after a lengthy career at the university. During the program, Couza talks about her career path at Western, affirmative action/equal opportunity issues, and the office's outreach efforts.
