Keokuk, IA – Keokuk
Tom Marion has secured a second term as mayor. He barely exceeded the 50%+1 vote threshold in a four-person race.
Roger Bryant will return to the Keokuk City Council, this time representing the 6th ward.
There will be a run-off election in the race for At-Large Alderman. John Helenthal and Theresia Harmon will square off on December 6.
Fort Madison
Brian Wright will return to the city council, representing the 2nd Ward.
Burlington
Becky Anderson and Shane McCampbell are the newest members of the Burlington City Council. They replace Matt Murray and Mayor Bill Ell.
West Burlington
Three incumbents will return to the West Burlington City Council: Rod Crowner, Therese Lees, and Rick Raliegh
Danville
Danville will have a new mayor come the first of the year as Trent Henkelvig defeated Leroy Lippert. Meanwhile, Jerry Strause, Duane Worthy and Shaun Langan have secured seats on the Danville City Council.
Voters also rejected a plan to create a library tax levy.
