Bookmobile Summer Routes
Bookmobile Summer Routes
The Burlington Public Library is excited to announce new routes for Lilly, the library's beloved bookmobile, bringing books, resources, and library services directly into neighborhoods throughout the community. Getting to the library isn't always easy for everyone. Bookmobile services help us meet people where they are and ensure that everyone in our community has access to the resources, information, and opportunities the library provides.
These routes are designed to make library services more accessible for residents of all ages by providing convenient opportunities to sign up for library cards and learn about upcoming programs and services. There will not be circulation of items on the bookmobile this summer, instead books will be given for free to those who visit.
Adding to the fun, the Burlington Art Center's new mobile art studio, Arty, will join Lilly at select stops throughout the summer. Together, Lilly and Arty will bring literacy, creativity, and hands-on learning opportunities directly to neighborhoods across Burlington.
