Bring your artworks to 87 Public Square in Monmouth for your work to be on display at local businesses throughout Hispanic Heritage Month! This year's judge is Nikki Ponce. The winners of each age category's artwork will be produced on t-shirts and tote bags for the festival, and the artists will be given a cash award.
