Certified Food Protection Manager course

Certified Food Protection Manager course

The McDonough County Health Department will be holding an 8-hour ANSI (American National Standards Institute) accredited Certified Food Protection Manager class on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, with a review and the exam following on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 1pm. In Illinois, food establishments are required to be under the supervision of a certified food protection manager in accordance with the state Food Code and adopted FDA Food Code.

Certificates are valid for five years after successful completion of the course and passing the exam.

The fee for the class is $130. To register, stop by the McDonough County Health Department at 505 E. Jackson, Macomb, Illinois; the course book will be provided at the time of payment. If you have questions, please contact us at 309-837-9951 x 2000, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
