Food Handler Training class
Any paid food handler working in Illinois that is not a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to have this 3-yr certificate. The class covers basic food safety information that is relevant to anybody who prepares food! It is a 2-hour class with a quiz at the end to assess knowledge gained.
A food handler is a food employee who works with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils, or food contact surfaces.
