Hancock–Henderson COAD Meeting
Gladstone, IL, March 9, 2026: The Hancock–Henderson Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, April 21, at 1:30 PM, with three convenient ways to attend. Community members, partner organizations, and local leaders are encouraged to join the group as it continues its work to strengthen preparedness, coordination, and response across both counties.
To make participation accessible, attendees may choose from two in-person locations or join virtually.
In-Person Meeting Locations:
Hancock County University of Illinois Extension Office 550 N. Madison, Carthage
Henderson County Eagle View 1204 Highway 164E, Oquawka. Attendees are asked to use the back, lower-level entrance.
Virtual Attendance Option:
Participants may also join online via Zoom.

The Hancock–Henderson COAD brings together agencies, organizations, and community partners to improve local readiness and resilience. Regular meetings help ensure coordinated planning, resource sharing, and effective response during emergencies.
Community participation is essential to this work. Residents and partners are encouraged to attend in whichever format works best for them and contribute to the ongoing efforts that help keep Hancock and Henderson counties prepared and connected.
