Keokuk PAINT-A-THON 2026 | VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.
For the first time, Paint-A-Thon is coming to Keokuk.
Paint-A-Thon is a community service project where volunteers come together to paint and improve homes for neighbors in need. It’s a simple way to make a real, visible impact across our city.
Keokuk Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Keokuk, Keokuk Cares, Sherwin-Williams, and Community Action of Southeast Iowa are partnering to make this happen.
June 1–5, 2026 | Keokuk

Work Days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are looking for volunteers and teams to help.
Get a team together or sign up individually.
The volunteer form must be completed to be assigned to a home.

What to expect:

• Homes will be assigned to volunteer teams
• Paint and materials are provided
• Bring basic tools if you have them (brushes, rollers, ladders, etc.)
• This is physical work (scraping, lifting, ladder use, painting).
• Volunteers must be 16+ (waiver required, parent signature if under 18).
• You do not need to commit to a full day.
• Serve as you are able.
• Start times and project details will be sent after sign-up.
