Our Rising Stars Youth Theatre Experience begins a week from today and we are very excited to welcome one of the largest groups of kids we’ve had since we started! We invite you to come see the show they create on Fri, Aug 4, 7pm or Sat, Aug 5, 2pm, in Hainline Theatre on the WIU campus (more details later).

We also invite you to help support Rising Stars. We offer three-weeks of fun and creativity in a welcoming and supportive climate, with financial assistance available as needed. If you are willing and able to help defray our costs, please consider sponsoring a child for $125 or supporting the program in any amount. For details, contact risingstars@macombartscenter.org. Last, but definitely not least, we invite you to join us on Saturday, August 26, 7-9pm, to celebrate two MAC anniversaries: 20 years as an organization and 15 years in our building. We’ll have tasty hors d’eouvres, live music, a cash bar, and a brief program at 7:30 looking at our past, present, and future. Save the date to celebrate!
