The Western Illinois University School of Music will present a Steel Band Concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3 in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.

The WIU Steel Band is under the direction of Rick Kurasz, Professor of Percussion and Associate Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communication.

The program will include:

Time After Time - Cyndi Lauper/Rob Hyman/arr. Rick Kurasz

Soul Sauce - Dizzy Gillespie/Chano Ponzo/arr. David Billman

Looking Back - Jim Munzenrider

Sa Sa Yea - Slinger “Mighty Sparrow” Francisco/arr. Rick Kurasz
