Within this class, you will learn how to empower homeland security partners to recognize threats or observable behaviors that may concern others and raise community awareness about targeted violence, behavioral threat assessment, and management. You will also learn about state and local capacity to identify and report the warning signs and how to help partners understand the resources available to get involved and keep communities safe.
