Following are weather-related announcements and cancellations in the region for Friday, Feb. 18.

K-12 school announcements
- Macomb District 185 will be closed on Friday, Feb. 18. It will not be not a remote learning day.
- Illini West High School will be closed on Friday, Feb. 18.
- Beardstown District 15 will be closed on Friday, Feb. 18.
- Dallas City Elementary School will be closed on Friday, Feb. 18.
- Keokuk public and Catholic schools will have a two-hour delay on Friday, Feb. 18.
- Central Lee Community School District will have a two-hour delay on Friday, Feb. 18.
- West Prairie District 103 will be closed on Friday, Feb. 18.
- LaHarpe District 347 will be closed on Friday, Feb. 18; evening activities are still planned.
Municipal announcements
- The city of Macomb has a snow emergency in effect until 6 p.m. Friday. Parking on any street designated as a snow route in the city will be prohibited during the snow emergency.
Other announcements
- The McDonough County YMCA will have a delayed opening at 8 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 18.
- The Keokuk Public Library is closing at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17.
- All Memorial Hospital clinics are closing at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17. The walk-in clinic will also be closed in the evening.
