Carol Clemons

Carol runs her design business – Green Shingle – out of her home. It has been her side gig for more than 30 years but now it’s full time. She recently retired from WIU as a graphic designer at University Printing and Mail. She received her BA in fine art at Western and much later, went back to school and got her Masters.

Besides being a long-time listener to TSPR, Carol has been a Macomb Public Library Board Trustee for more than 20 years and is a board member for the Friends of the Macomb Public Library. She also works with the McDonough County Humane Society and is passionate about rescue dogs. Gus and Charlie can attest to her love of bad dogs as can her husband, Rick.
