Voter ID Laws Face Uncertain Future After Court Decisions
A federal judge on Monday blocked North Dakota from enforcing its strict voter ID law. Similar laws in North Carolina and Wisconsin have also been recently struck down. In the past two weeks, judges have ruled against voter ID or proof-of-citizenship requirements in Texas, Kansas, North Carolina, Wisconsin and North Dakota.

Missouri Judge Blocks Parts Of State Voter Photo ID Law
A Missouri judge ruled that election authorities must cease distributing materials that could "mislead" voters to believing photo identification is required to cast a ballot.
North Dakota And Native American Tribes Settle Voter ID Lawsuits
Tribes had sued because the law required voters to present identification with their home's street address — which often doesn't exist on reservations. Emergency rules will broaden the ID allowed.
