On the same day last week, Fox parted ways with Tucker Carlson and CNN kicked Don Lemon to the curb.
Lemon made sexist and ageist comments about Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley in February. On CNN This Morning, Lemon said Haley was not “in her prime.” He said a woman is considered to be in her prime during her 20s, 30s, and maybe 40s. Haley is 51.
As for Carlson, comments he made about co-workers and others were featured prominently in the defamation lawsuit Dominion Voting Systems filed against Fox. Dominion and Fox settled for more than $787 million.
Carlson is also the subject of a lawsuit filed by his former co-worker, Abby Grossberg, who accuses Carlson and Fox of sexism and harassment.
