Visual Capitalist created a chart to visualize what it considers 33 problems with the media.
The site published the chart a year ago, but many – if not all -- of the concerns remain valid.
Among them: tabloidization, clickbait, and paywalls. The site also pointed to media consolidation, ad clutter, news deserts, and horse race journalism as problems plaguing the news industry.
