Des Moines County
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday – Des Moines County Public Health office in Burlington. 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Appointments can be made on the county website. Walk-ins also accepted.
Henderson County
Every Wednesday at the Henderson County Health Department, 208 West Elm Street, Gladstone. 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Homebound Henderson County residents can call the health department at 309-627-2812 to ask about services and to schedule a COVID-19 vaccination. Residents can be vaccinated in their homes or transportation to the health department in Gladstone can be provided. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson available.
Knox County
The Knox County Unified Command will hold clinics at the Unified Command Vaccine Center, 1150 W. Carl Sandburg Dr., Galesburg (the former Bergner’s Building). Registration information can be found on the department's website.
October 14 – Moderna and Johnson & Johnson. 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
