Wide-ranging methamphetamine investigation in Macomb

Macomb police said they executed meth-related search warrants at numerous homes on Monday.

Authorities arrested five people:

  • Anthony Steward, 60, of Macomb
  • Eason Bishop, 36, of Macomb
  • Jeremy Preston, 39, of Macomb
  • Mark Livengood, 48, of Macomb
  • Teddi Skelton, 37, of Blandinsville

All are accused of possessing meth or a look-alike substance, and all are also accused of either delivering meth or a meth look-alike, or intending to deliver it.
Authorities also issued arrest warrants for two other people:

  • Billy Hammond, 37, of Adair
  • Amanda Hastings, 42 of Macomb

They’re both accused of delivering meth.
Macomb police said they received assistance from the Strategic Response Team, McDonough County Sheriff’s Department, West Central Illinois Task Force, FBI TOC-West Task Force, and WIU Office of Public Safety.
