Commotion brings authentic Creedence Clearwater Revival sound to The Legacy Theater

Commotion offers a tribute to the music of John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival
at The Legacy Theater in Carthage at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 14.
Step back to the glory days of the late 1960s and early ‘70s with authentic renditions of the
legendary CCR sound, “Proud Mary,” “Bad Moon on the Rise,” “Down on the Corner,” “Have
You Ever Seen the Rain” and more.
Commotion pride themselves on their unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to
faithfully reproducing the iconic CCR sound.
The band features Steve McLain with lead vocals and guitar, along with back-up vocals by
Jimmy Ryan on guitar, George Foster on bass guitar, and Mark Ellis on drums. Each
musician brings years of award-winning performance experience to the show.
The group comes from Fairfield, Iowa, and has shared their talents across the nation as “The
Ultimate Creedence Clearwater Revival Tribute and Multi-media Concert Experience.”
Tickets for Commotion and other upcoming shows are available at the Legacy Theater box
office from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday at 1160 Buchanan (Rt. 136). The box
office is open one hour prior to shows.
