The annual Juneteenth Community Celebration returns to Quincy for its third year running, hosted by First Baptist Church of Quincy, IL. It will be held in various locations throughout the city from June 8th to June 16th.

The festivities continue June 14th with the Juneteenth Community Gala held at the Oakley-Lindsay Center in downtown Quincy. The gala is the night and time to shine, with the color theme of white and gold, a scrumptious dinner, and an inspiring program. Music will be provided by the energetic PC Band (Perfect Combination) hailing from Memphis, TN. Happy Hour is from 5-6pm, with the dinner and program from 6-7pm, and live music at 7:30pm.
