Experience The Victory Vertical Project, a moving musical tribute to the remarkable role of music during World War II. Between 1942 and 1953, Steinway & Sons produced 2,436 specially designed pianos known as “Victory Verticals,” which were shipped around the world to bring music, comfort, and inspiration to Allied troops far from home.

Dr. Garik Pedersen, a Steinway Artist and professor, honors the legacy of these historic instruments through an engaging concert featuring a diverse repertoire of music connected to the era. The program includes classical masterpieces, jazz standards, boogie-woogie, and popular music.

Join the Keokuk Concert Association at the Grand Theatre for an evening celebrating the history, resilience, and lasting power of music. Concert and ticket information at https://www.keokukconcertassociation.org/
