The Macomb Farmers Market is dedicated to providing an opportunity for local farmers, food producers, artisans and crafters to sell directly to the consumer in a venue that builds community and supports the development of entrepreneurs.

The Macomb Farmer market is in Chandler Park and Downtown Macomb IL every Saturday (starting from May 3rd to October 18th) and Thursdays (Starting May 29 to October 16th.

IowaWORKS- how do i utilize this free service for my hiring needs?
Brandi Haight, business engagemnt consultant with Iowa workforce development is going to show us how to utilize the tools provided by IowaWORKS to aid a business in recruitment. Tracie Timmerman, local veteran employer representative is going to discuss options for hiring veterans.

Vendor spaces are offered on a first come basis. The market begins on the West side of the square and spreads around the other sides as needed. Vendors may also set up in the grass but staking is not allowed, please use weights to hold your canopy.

Our Farmers Market takes place March – October every Friday from 7am-12pm and Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We also have a special Third Saturday Market. This market takes place on the third Saturday of every month from 7am-12pm.

Saturday, October 18th || 9AM - 12PM
Join the Burlington Public Library, Burlington Parks and Forestry Departments as we plant the trees that were
unlocked in this summer's reading program! Led by Burlington's City Forester, Patrick Moore, this will be a hands-on
event where participants will learn about trees, how to plant, and how to care for them. Following the planting,
members of the Tree Advisory Board will lead free tours and offer young tree pruning workshops throughout
Dankwardt Park. No registration required; all are welcome.
