The network fired primetime anchor Chris Cuomo early this month. As NPR and other media reported, it turns out he played a larger role than he had previously admitted in helping his older brother, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, counter claims of sexual wrongdoing.
Chris Cuomo now also faces an allegation of sexual misconduct.
And Chris Wallace announced he is leaving Fox News to join CNN, where he will anchor a weekly interview show on its new subscription streaming service, CNN+.
NPR reported Wallace’s rather abrupt departure from Fox follows a series of clashes over the network's direction.
