The Macomb Farmers Market is dedicated to providing an opportunity for local farmers, food producers, artisans and crafters to sell directly to the consumer in a venue that builds community and supports the development of entrepreneurs.
The Macomb Farmer market is in Chandler Park and Downtown Macomb IL every Saturday (starting from May 3rd to October 18th) and Thursdays (Starting May 29 to October 16th.

The Mount Sterling Farmers Market began in 2017 as a grassroots effort led by community members with the goal of promoting local food access, small businesses, and community gathering-laying the foundation for the market we know today.

Join us for a morning or afternoon of paddling and enjoying nature on beautiful Lake Argyle.
Kayaks paddles, and life jackets are being provided by the Friends of Argyle. Ten adult kayaks and 2 youth kayaks (for ages 5+) are available, so space is limited to the first 12 people to register for each tour. Two times are being offered each day, and each outing will be about 2 hours. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Meet at the parking area near the dam/spillway for this program.

Participation in any program involving the use of FOA equipment (skis, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.) will require participants to become a member of the Friends of Argyle organization. Annual membership fees are $10 per individual, $15 for a single parent family and $20 for a two-parent family.
The Office of Downtown Development is pleased to announce that Park N’ Cruise is back for the 22nd season of classic cars, local music, food by the Knights of Columbus, and big fun in Chandler Park.
The Park N’ Cruise season is kicking off on Friday, May 2, 2025, with entertainment by M&S Light and Sound from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Every month through September, Park N’ Cruise will bring family-friendly entertainment to Historic Downtown Macomb. Again, on Friday, May 3, M&S Light and Sound will be bringing the tunes.
On Friday, June 6, enjoy the Unforgettables for your listening pleasure.
Friday, July 4, Bluzillion will roll into downtown.
Saturday, August 2, On Stage Band will be bringing their great music.
For the final event, Eternity Road will be bringing the season to its end on Friday, September 5, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Chandler Park.

Join us for a hootin' good time learning about the owls that inhabit Argyle Lake State Park. Participants will learn about the owl's many unique hunting adaptations and its diet by dissecting an owl pellet. Grab your lawn chairs and join us on the lawn for another great night of FREE live music at Wiley Park! Galva Arts Council is excited to welcome Kiran Ahluwalia and Amanda Fish to the area this Sunday, June 22nd as part of the 2025 Levitt AMP Galva Music Series.
Every Sunday through August 3rd, this family-friendly concert series will bring FREE live music to Wiley Park in Galva, Illinois. All concerts begin at 6:00 PM, end around 8:30 PM, and feature two acts per night. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable lawn seating. A variety of food and non-food vendors will be on-site, and guests are also welcome to bring in outside food.
Street parking is available around the park and surrounding areas. Please do not park in the park.
New this year, handicap-accessible seating is located in the northwest corner of the park, with a designated unloading zone and golf cart shuttle service available for assistance.
Those with golf carts/UTVs are asked to keep their vehicles on the perimeter of the audience to prevent blocking the view of guests and minimize the risk of accident while driving through the park.
The 2025 Burlington Municipal Band begins it 98th season Sunday, June 1st at the Crapo Park Bandshell in Burlington Iowa. This outdoor concert series consists of ten free, live, family friendly concerts from June to early August. Bring your lawn chair and enjoy!
