The Hub-Arts and Cultural Center, in Rushville, is holding a Community Band and Summer Youth Choir Concert series. The community band will Play on Sundays, June 9th, July 14th, and August 11th at 7:00 PM. The Summer Youth Choir will perform on June 25th at 6:00 PM. All performances will be held on the gazebo in Rushville's Central Park Square.
The Summer Youth Choir is directed by Lydia Cunningham and is the second year its being held.
All performances are free and open to the public.

A Galesburg tradition is making a return, The Orpheum Theatre’s Throwback Thursdays FREE summer movieseries starting this June! This year’s Throwback Thursdays movie theme is Animal Movies.

Film screenings are FREE admission and are held at 2pm & 7pm weekly throughout the summer, except on Thursday July 4th. Tickets are not required for these events; more information on the summer movies can be found on The Orpheum Theatre’s social media accounts, as well as their website www.galesburgorpheum.org . The Orpheum Theatre is located at 57 South Kellogg Street in Downtown Galesburg, with office hours Tuesday through Friday, 10am-2pm.
The Jefferson Street Farmers Market will be starting Thursday May 23, running through May to September. Local produce, baked goods, canned goods, plants, regional crafts, and live entertainment is offered.

The Macomb Farmers Market returns to Historic Downtown Macomb’s Chandler Park each Saturday morning, from 8:00 a.m. to Noon, starting on Saturday, May 4 through October 19. Now in its 49th year, the Market’s vendors offer an array of fresh produce, baked goods, honey & jams, meats, Amish goods, fresh flowers, hand-crafted items, and much more — all sold to you by the people who produced them.
The Quincy Farmers Market will be starting May 18, Saturday and will be running every week from May until October. The Farmers Market will be held at Washington park.
The Farmers Market will have a variety of local goods and services.
The Galesburg Farmers' Market will be starting May 18, 2024.
The Farmers' Market will be near the corner of Simmons and Seminary every Saturday from 8-12, May through September
The market will have local goods like fruits and vegetables, meat and eggs, honey, baked good and prepared foods, handmade crafts and jewelry, and more.
