Situated in Canton’s downtown Jones Park, this annual Farmers Market, hosted by Canton Main Street is held every Saturday from June thru September from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
The Farmer’s Market is a true grower’s market. Products that are allowed for sale are directly grown, baked or produced by the person who is setting up at the market. The market generally features for purchase fresh vegetables and fruits, meat, baked goods, flowers and plants, pumpkins, gourds and more! Visitors can also enjoy live music on select Saturdays, and free coffee at every market!
The Hannibal Central Park Farmers’ Market is held each Saturday morning from 7:30 a.m. to noon. You can find us on the west end of Central Park at Fifth Street and Broadway in downtown Hannibal from April 27 through Oct. 26 Saturday mornings in the park make for a perfect family outing. Once the season is in high gear, we will likely also add a midweek market. Come see us each Tuesday from 3 to 7 p.m. starting June 20.
The Downtown Quincy Farmers Market presented by Quincy Medical Group has been a continuing community tradition since 1982. We use community assistance programs like the LinkUp Illinois matching grant for EBT recipients, and a grant from the Quincy Medical Group Foundation to match WIC dollars.

The Macomb Farmers Market is dedicated to providing an opportunity for local farmers, food producers, artisans and crafters to sell directly to the consumer in a venue that builds community and supports the development of entrepreneurs.
The Macomb Farmer market is in Chandler Park and Downtown Macomb IL every Saturday (starting from May 3rd to October 18th) and Thursdays (Starting May 29 to October 16th.
Every Thursday & Saturday from 8 am until Noon, the Macomb Farmers Market is held in Chandler Park -- with fresh local produce, eggs, honey, jam, baked goods, & flavored popcorn, as well as fresh cut flowers & live plants, and both personal care products & hand-crafted goods made by local artisans. On Saturday only, you'll find all that plus packaged meat, ready-to-eat brunch meals, on-site knife sharpening, free professional dog training, and live performances by local musicians.
The Keokuk History Center based in Keokuk, Iowa will be hosting a new event in the area. The organization is calling the event "Keo-Con." It is a two-day event on Friday, September 19 and Saturday, Septmeber 20, 2025 and will be held at First Christian Church 3476 Main Street, Keokuk.
Keo-Con will feature a schedule of local history speakers covering topics such as the teacher's strike, Black history, architecture, music, sports, racing, and Civil War history. On Saturday, author Dr. Michael Ross will present a keynote session about Samuel Freeman Miller, the first Supreme Court justice from Iowa. Local history collectors will be present to share their knowledge and collections with the public. Vendors will also join the event with items available for purchase to boost attendees' own historic collections. Food trucks will be available in the parking lot for attendees to support local business as well.
Tickets are available at the door, $25 for a single day pass or $40 for both days. Tickets are available at the door for one or both days. Doors open at 5 PM Friday with the first speaker beginning at 6 PM. On Saturday, doors open at 8 AM with the first speaker beginning at 9 AM.

Schuyler County is proud to announce the upcoming Bicentennial Celebration, honoring 200 years of history, heritage, and community spirit. This once-in-a-lifetime milestone will bring residents, families, and visitors together for a series of events showcasing the county’s past, present, and future.
The celebration will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including:● Bicentennial Reception with free cake balls, and unveiling of new county flag● Time Capsule that will be opened in 2075 on that court house lawn● Historical exhibits and displays honoring Schuyler County’s heritage● Family-friendly activities, games, and contests including a kiddie and pet parade● Food vendors and local artisans sharing their talents and flavors
“The Bicentennial is not just about looking back at where we’ve been, but also celebrating the people and communities that continue to make Schuyler County a wonderful place to call home,” said Janet Kays, committee chair. “We are excited to honor our history while creating new memories together.”

The Mount Sterling Farmers Market began in 2017 as a grassroots effort led by community members with the goal of promoting local food access, small businesses, and community gathering-laying the foundation for the market we know today.
